- Replacement position for an established practice
- Be the only Orthopedic spine surgeon in the practice
- No dedicated spine surgeon at the hospital at present
- 10 call days per month
- General call not required unless the physician chooses to participate
- 8 OR suites along with dedicated Orthopedic floor
- 12 physician Anesthesia team.
- No CRNAs
- Block OR time available
- Anticipated 25-30 patients per day in office and 7-10 surgeries per week
- Guidance system budgeted for purchase
- 42,000 ED visits per year
- Trauma transferred to the University of Louisville
- Hospitalist program in place
- 14 bed ICU
- Clinic & Hospital EMR is Allscripts
