Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager for our shopping center, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive foot traffic, enhance tenant engagement, and elevate the overall brand presence of our properties. You will work closely with the leasing and operations teams to ensure alignment with leasing strategies and tenant requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our shopping centers, including digital marketing, social media, events, and advertising.
- Collaborate with leasing teams to support tenant acquisition and retention efforts through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials to support property branding and leasing activities.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement customer loyalty programs and engagement activities to foster strong relationships with shoppers and tenants.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in shopping center marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management within the shopping center or retail industry highly desired but open to other industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic and enhance brand visibility.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels.
