JOB DESCRIPTION
A banking client of Insight Global’s is hiring a Helpdesk Technician in Manhattan, with occasional travel. Responsibilities include Level 1 or 2 support, using the ServiceNow ticketing system, and providing phone and in-person support. Knowledge in servers and configuring workstations is a plus. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years of help desk experience • Experience using Service Now as a ticketing system • Excellent communication & customer service
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Basic server knowledge • Background in configuration in workstations, servers, or notebooks
Pay is dependent upon skills and experience. Targeting 20-21 an hour.
