Our client is growing our digital products team! You will work closely with our lean and fast-paced team to develop and iterate on several digital products that have immediate and meaningful impact on the lives of our clients, partners and staff. Working closely with leadership, stakeholders, and engineering, you will drive digital products and shape and define our product processes
Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct product discovery, gather and prioritize product requirements, and feedback.
• Define and communicate project roadmaps (timelines, dependencies, etc) to all relevant parties, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the business side and the development team, facilitating clear communication and understanding of product goals and requirements.
• Create clear and concise product requirements documents and user stories with acceptance criteria to align all parties (business stakeholders, product/design, and engineering)
• Work closely with the software development team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases, adhering to Agile methodologies.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team is focused on tasks that deliver maximum value to users.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement.
• Utilize your high level understanding of UX and design to guide the product development process, ensuring products are user-centric and meet high usability standards. • Produce visual documentation (user flow diagrams, rough wireframes, etc) when necessary to guide product/engineering discussions
• Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch to inform future product development efforts.
• Be part of a small team of developers that value high-quality software, practice continuous improvement, inspire collaboration, and believe in rapid iterative development.

• Some travel may be required (5-10%)
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Strong background in UI/UX design principles and practices.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Ability to bridge communication amongst technical and non-technical project staff and customers.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams, including offshore development teams.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies with experience in all agile ceremonies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
