Pay Range: $75 - $79/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans and coordinates closely with LOB/function managers and subject matter experts.
- Ensures that plans and resource assignments are created, and work progress is report via status reports.
- Works closely with and provides direction to workstream leads to support program needs.
- Ensures that program activities are on a path to deliver benefits realization.
- Follows Client risk management plan for the project and ensures adherence to company and business unit requirements.
- Proactively identifies risks and develops solutions and/or processes and ensures necessary risk mitigation steps are built into the processes.
- Readily recognizes solution and determines at what point issues require escalation to management.
- Leads teams of internal and/or external resources on a project basis.
- Complies with the Client Project Management Lifecyle (PMLC).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Strong planning (tasks and resource assignments), problem solving and analytical skills, with diligence and superior attention to detail sufficient to withstand scrutiny from leadership as well as program sponsor and program manager.
- Lanning and executing on "readiness" plans: Client Communications, Teammate Communications and Teammate Training...Organizational Change Management a plus.
- PMP and/or IIBA certification.
- Experience managing regulatory compliance efforts across multiple lines of business and technology in a matrixed environment.
- Specifically, having served in a project management or business analyst role on a major project to satisfy requirements for Basel, Call Reporting, and/or Client Planning regulatory compliance.
- Experience implementing Axiom regulatory reporting solutions a plus.
