Solar Foreman/Superintendent (Senior Electrician)

Currently supporting a 20-year established EPC + O&M firm operating out of California’s Central Valley as they continue their steady expansion. With a portfolio of over 200 ongoing C&I focused PV solar projects ranging from 1 – 5MW, now increasing to 20MW with growing Solar + BESS demands, they are seeking a skilled Electrician to support this growing workload.
The Senior Electrician/Foreman/Superintendent, will be a doer in the field, to work on some of their most important construction projects. All of which will be High-Voltage, 480V commercial three-phase power solar and solar + storage projects. They will be a true trade industry professional, a problem solver, able to complete their own work to a high-standard and supervise work of others, providing QC/QA as required.
This is a full-time site + office-based role with a close-knit team, based out of the Visalia-Hanford area.
The successful candidate will come with:
- 5+ years working experience in the capacity of a Senior Electrician/Foreman/Superintendent
- Experience in commercial solar and/or large-scale construction projects.
- Technical project expertise of field operations, including supporting inspections, tracking activities to schedule and ensuring quality control to company and regulatory standards
