About the Role:
As a Space Domain Awareness (SDA) Engineer at EO Solutions Corp., you’ll design and deploy state-of-the-art SDA hardware systems, including telescopes, for satellite detection and tracking. You will also train our team in the latest SDA techniques, analyze satellite orbits, and collaborate on groundbreaking projects. If you have a strong background in SDA, including hands-on experience with SDA hardware and telescopes, and a desire to lead and educate, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement SDA hardware systems for satellite detection and tracking.
· Train and mentor team members on SDA techniques, including the design and use of telescopes and other SDA equipment.
· Conduct data analysis to determine satellite orbits and assess potential threats.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SDA solutions into broader projects.
· Provide technical support and guidance to ensure the success of SDA projects.
· Stay up to date with the latest advancements in SDA technology and methodologies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Astrophysics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in space domain awareness or a related field.
· Proven experience with SDA hardware systems, including telescopes.
· Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MATLAB, STK, Python).
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· US Citizenship required; security clearance preferred.
