Akkodis is looking for an experienced Change Management Lead for a contract-to-hire role in Wilmington DE. In this role you will spearhead successful execution of pivotal projects focused on orchestrating the human aspects of change related to significant enterprise-wide strategic technology investments.
We are seeking local candidates only as you will need to work out of our client’s Wilmington DE, Wayne or Philadelphia locations.
Pay Range: $65 to $70 per hour W2 based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities include:
- Playing a crucial role in guiding the transition from the current state to the future state, emphasizing enhanced associate and customer engagement to realize sustained business outcomes.
- Applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities for large multi-departmental initiatives, balanced with change maturity level.
- Driving the establishment of a scalable change management practice across project initiatives, developing toolkits for consistent implementation.
- Collaborating with project staff and vendors at all levels to integrate change management into project plans, aligning on logistical support, planned releases, and operational readiness.
- Providing balanced recommendations to facilitate key decisions, that would enable desired business outcomes.
- Developing, executing and maintaining records for project change management including but not limited to: Conducting user impact assessments, feedback surveys, focus groups and facilitating retrospectives; Establishing adoption metrics and other goals to allow measurement of change success; Identifying potential risks and resistance to change, devising strategies to address and mitigate them; Designing and developing collateral, such as communications, presentations, talking points, FAQs, SharePoint pages, etc.; and Communicating change updates clearly and as needed, through various channels.
- Facilitating dialogue and change activities with Sponsors, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders that identify and help address obstacles, thereby ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and applications.
- Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of relevant training and communications for assigned projects and programs.
- Serving as a consultant/resource to business partners and stakeholders at all levels, promoting awareness of change management best practices aligned to overall company strategy and market conditions.
- Serving as a communications lead for the team and the Delivery Transformation Program.
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of relevant experience leading change management efforts and/or navigating complex corporate projects.
- Experience in financial services domain.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading and influencing others without direct authority, and proactively identifying and managing risks related to change resistance.
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects through advanced project management skills.
- Ability to convey complex situations of all levels and secure buy in and support from sponsors.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
