Our client, who specializes in C-Store and Commercial Construction exclusively is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to both lead existing projects as well as assist in bringing on new accounts. Key Responsibilities:
Big plus if you have previous C-Store and Carpentry Experience! Experience in business development and creating new accounts is a major plus!
Other duties include:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to delivery
- Being able to gain and bring on new construction accounts.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Safety is a main priority!
