Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Department comprised of Quality Technicians and CI Specialist
- Monitor daily production quality to ensure products comply with customer quality specifications
- Disposition non-conforming product
- Handle customer complaints and root cause analysis
- Create monthly Quality Assurance reports
- Manage ISO documents, procedures, and audits
Education & Experience:
- AAS or BS degree
- Demonstrated work history as a Quality Supervisor / Manager within manufacturing environments
- Self sufficient and motivated leader
