In this role, you will oversee daily operations, helping where needed to succeed. This will include staffing, scheduling, orders, inventory & food cost management, equipment maintenance, and special events.

We'll rely on you to make sure that all business processes are enforced regarding food cost controls, operations standards, policies, and procedures and to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests. You will also represent the company in the community and participate in culinary initiatives.

Experience:
Candidates are REQUIRED to have 1-2 years of previous Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in the fast-casual or casual theme segments. You have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. You will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. The demonstrated success of developing people will be important.
