Our client, a Travel and tourism brand, is seeking a Data Asset Manager / DAM Librarian to join their team for a long term, full time hours contract opportunity. The role operates on a hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite in Plantation, FL.
- Rate Range: $38-42 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content workflows to ensure procedures are useful, relevant, and meet business needs throughout the system and asset life cycle.
- Monitor and audit assets to ensure compliance with governance standards and adherence to asset management processes.
- Support workflow management and implement ad hoc changes to optimize ongoing platform performance.
- Create and maintain metadata, including shared terms with definitions and rationale.
- Regularly review the asset library to ensure all materials are current and accurate.
- Oversee and monitor digital asset access and usage, ensuring consistency with brand standards, compliance, and copyright regulations.
- Maintain documentation related to taxonomy, processes, governance, and business requirements.
- Conduct routine audits to identify and archive outdated assets.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, producers, and studio management to deliver high-quality work.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in managing internal digital asset management systems and processes.
- Experience collaborating with both internal and external creative and technology teams.
- Strong business judgment and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying and prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document clear workflows and processes.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
- Process-oriented, with the ability to define and document processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage workload efficiently.
