Contract- 12 Months
Hybrid role must be local to Malvern, PA area.
Payrate: 40.00/hr
Responsibilities:
• Supporting multiple departments within Siemens sales and service with the creation and maintenance of customer and field personnel accounts
• Working in SAP, Oracle Sales Cloud, MS Outlook, MS Teams and MS PowerApps simultaneously to monitor and respond to requests
• Ensuring data integrity by validating requests for accuracy, identifying/preventing instances of data duplication and following company protocols and business-specific guidelines
• Closely monitoring activity performed by department RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and intervening as needed
• Periodically providing after-hours support, including some weekends, especially for financial quarter close events
• Approximately 10% travel required
Knowledge/Experience:
• Demonstrated ability to remain organized and multitask while managing a high volume of requests
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Microsoft Office Suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel required
• Experience working with PowerApps and PowerBI a plus
• Experience working with SAP and/or Oracle Sales Cloud a plus
Education:
• BS/BA achieved from an accredited university/college
