Position: IT Help Desk Support
Location: Poplar, Bluff, MO
Duration: 6 Month Contract (Perm possible)
Salary range: $23-25/Hour
Required Skills and Experience:
-3+ Years of Experience in an IT Support Role
-Ticketing system experience (Manage Engine or related)
-Windows OS experience
Nice to have skills and experience:
-Network Experience (basic knowledge of protocols, Network + certification, etc.)
-Manufacturing background or industry experience
-Thermal Printer (Zebra Printers, TSC)
-Enterprise industry experience
Job Description:
A large manufacturing client in the Poplar Bluff, MO area is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join their growing team. This person will work in a large manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for working through various daily tickets, ranging from 2-5 per day all the way up to 20-25 a day. When you are not working through tickets, you will be responsible for project based work. This consists of building or imaging new hardware, desktops, doing refreshes, and completing documentation for the work you have done. This group works on devices anywhere from desktops and printers to networking and server issues, as well as mobile device troubleshooting.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
