Position: Civil Engineer/ Project Manager
Location: Remote but must sit in the state of New York
Salary: 80-105K
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in civil or environmental engineering.
5-7 years of professional experience.
EIT, PMP or PE license is required
Candidates shall have excellent communications skills and work well in a team setting.
High proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and HydroCAD is expected.
Proficiency with a variety of computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD) is required.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Professional Engineering (PE) license (state is flexible)
Prior experience with site development projects associated with solar energy projects, construction oversight, and permitting in New York State is desirable.
Experience in Renewable Energy ideally at utility scale (must be larger than commercial/neighborhood roofing solar projects)
Job Description
The ideal candidate shall be a self-motivated with 10+ years of engineering experience including construction oversight, storm water management plans, civil engineering design including grading analyses, permitting and project management as it relates to renewable energy projects to specifically solar.
