Salesforce Engineer

Work from office - 3 days in a week
Initial 3 month contract
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Design, Develop, and Manage Salesforce application enhancements, and provide technical guidance to the team. Help team with salesforce application roadmap and large/complex implementation programs engaging multiple development teams beyond salesforce
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Technical leader for the team and ensure the team’s technical direction is setting it up for long-term success.
• Experience Leading large-scale programs with huge customer adoption.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment.
• Participating in architecture discussions and planning and providing technical feedback
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
• At least 4 years of customization experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Hands on, APEX & LWC experience
• End-to-end sales cloud project implementation expertise
• Guide and lead team members
