Overview:
A people-first company is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to enhance our data pipeline and ecosystem. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to turn raw data into actionable insights and improve our data tools. This role reports to the Director of Business Intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and create new data pipelines.
- Oversee parts of the data stack and resolve pipeline issues.
- Design future enhancements for data infrastructure and BI platforms.
- Lead data office hours and train stakeholders on tools.
- Build relationships with data stakeholders and improve data visibility.
- Define core KPIs and streamline analytics processes.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in data engineering, BI/analytics, or related fields.
- 3+ years with ETL and relational databases.
- 2+ years with BI and Web Analytics platforms.
- Expertise in SQL; Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Looker, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
