Manifest Solutions Corp is currently seeking a dynamic individual for a Fabrication Technology Lead to join a premier local fabrication firm. This role will be instrumental in employee technology training across the company—helping them with tips, digital organization, best practices, workarounds, and setup. Our client is looking for highly organized professionals capable of establishing structure, implementing best practices, and developing efficient systems for their extensive portfolio of applications. The successful candidate will also be responsible for initial software support for employees, software contract negotiations, purchasing decisions, and recommending optimal software solutions to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the basic operational capabilities of several software applications that run manufacturing and production
- Triage and offer first-round technical troubleshooting for employees who are encountering technical issues with software running fabricators.
- Design and deliver comprehensive employee training programs to promote technology adoption and proficiency.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to employees and suppliers.
- Lead the licensing process for corporate software suites, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough contract analysis and negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to quickly grasp new software solutions and evaluate their suitability for the business.
- Familiarity with change management principles and strategies to facilitate smooth transitions in technology adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, MIS, computer science, or a related field of study.
