The Role:
As a Senior Cybersecurity Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of robust cybersecurity solutions, including landing zones, SIEM, EDR, and SOC operations. With at least 7 years of experience in the IT industry and 5 years in leading security operations, you will guide a team of Security Engineers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Your expertise in cloud security services and your ability to architect secure, highly available, and fault-tolerant environments will be critical. You will also be responsible for conducting comprehensive security assessments, managing the vulnerability lifecycle, and driving incident response processes. The role demands a deep understanding of industry-leading security toolsets, such as Splunk ES, Trend Micro, Prisma, and others, as well as regulatory requirements like NIST, PCI, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years of IT industry experience with strong technical knowledge in Cyber Security & Cloud security services.
- 5+ years of experience leading Security Operations, including risk management, SOC leadership, and IT compliance.
- Expertise in designing and implementing secure, highly available, fault-tolerant cloud architectures.
- Strong understanding of security controls related to regulatory requirements, including NIST, PCI, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
- Experience with enterprise security solutions such as WAF, IPS, DDOS, and SIEM.
- Proficiency in managing alerts and insights from security solutions like SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, EDR & AppSec toolsets.
- Familiarity with security toolsets like Splunk ES, Trend Micro, Prisma, Sonarqube, Tenable, and cloud-native security services.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive security assessments and manage the vulnerability lifecycle.
- CISSP certification and cloud architecture certification from a major platform (Google, Amazon, Azure).
