An ideal candidate for this position is someone who is highly organized and self-motivated. Candidate must have the ability to schedule a significant number of activities, trainings, meetings, and/or events; often gather, collate, and/or classify data; and consider a number of factors when making decisions. Flexibility is required to independently work with others in a wide variety of circumstances; analyze data utilizing defined as well as undefined and self-created processes; and operate job-required equipment using a variety of standardized methods. Ability is also required to work with a diverse set of individuals and/or groups; work with a variety of data; and utilize job-related equipment. Independent problem solving is required to analyze issues and create action plans. Problem solving with data frequently requires independent interpretati
on of guidelines.

ORKING ENVIRONMENTFrequent local travel and occasional out-of-town may be required for trainings, seminars, or workshops. This position will work in a shared office space and will be required to visit the school sites on a frequent basis. When out on school sites, the following physical demands may be requested: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. Generally, the job requires 50% sitting, 25% walking, and 25% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and under conditions with some exposure to risk of inju
