Background Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years safety management
• OSHA Regulations
• CSP Certification (preferred)
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead safety training programs for all employees, including new hire orientation.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, recommending corrective actions.
