Project Manager
Location: Austin, Texas
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay: 33-35/hr
Duration: 6+ months
Job Description:
Responsible for defining and managing the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline, and budget for projects. Organizes and drives resources (capital, staff, tools) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include overall project planning, direction, prioritization, change management, delivery, and post-delivery evaluation. Ensures project scope, planning, and implementation align with client expectations and business needs. Ensures alignment between multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
· Leads and ensures successful delivery of third-party and in-house projects with stakeholders.
· Ensures project scope is defined, establishes project timelines and milestones, oversees Marketing resources and/or vendors, manages internal activities, and leads project health reporting and project communications.
· Leads successful organization, build and implementation of Marketing projects and customer-facing deliverables, inclusive of in-store and digital.
· Identifies potential risks or roadblocks to Marketing programs and works with the Marketing PMO to manage gaps, identify solutions, implement changes and document as required.
· Build constructive business relationships with all stakeholders .
· Demonstrate effective planning and stakeholder management and an ability to set and manage realistic project timelines.
· Supports department goals, identifies synergies, and suggests process and communication improvements to help our cross-functional team work more efficiently.
· Effectively presents information and responds to questions in one-on-one situations and group meetings. Evaluates and recommends continuous improvements to tools, mechanisms, teams, and trainings to optimize workflows.
Qualifications:
· 3-4 years of marketing project management experience
· Ability to understand and support project scope, goals, deliverables, establish RACI, and proactively create net new documentation as needed by the department.
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a keen sense of urgency and follow-through.
· Proven collaborative spirit and relationship builder with diverse stakeholder groups.
· Desire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
