Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Program Manager with a strong background in Healthcare IT and proven expertise in leading multiple end-to-end, full-suite Workday implementations. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background to effectively drive technical initiatives in collaboration with IT team leads. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage complex projects, ensure successful ERP system deployments and align IT strategies with organizational goals.
ERP Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple ERP program initiatives, specifically Workday implementations
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end Workday implementations from initial planning through to deployment and post-go-live support
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk management
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues and adjust plans to ensure project success
- Collaborate with IT team leads to drive technical work, including system configurations, integrations and customizations
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure that all ERP system requirements are met and align with standards and best practices
- Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders
- Prepare and present regular status reports and performance metrics to senior management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of ERP system deployments
- Ensure that all ERP solutions comply with industry regulations and organizational policies
- Lead and mentor project teams, including ERP consultants and technical specialists
ERP Program Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Management or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- 8+ years of experience in ERP program management, with a focus on Workday implementations
- Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end Workday projects
- Strong background in Healthcare IT
- Extensive experience with Workday ERP systems, from configuration to deployment
- Strong technical acumen to drive technical work and collaborate with IT team leads
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards, security protocols and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
