As the Senior Program Manager for the engine product lines, you will responsible in driving innovation and profitability across the material stream value chain. You’ll collaborate horizontally across multiple functions, ensuring that engines remain at the cutting edge of the market, while strategically managing every aspect from acquisition to final sale. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of this company and the evolution of trading and MRO markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the strategy team to accurately forecast material supply and anticipate customer demand trends, ensuring our business stays ahead of the curve.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated engine evaluation models to guide acquisition and sales strategies, ensuring we stay competitive in a fast-paced industry.
- Ensure a steady and reliable supply of serviceable materials, supporting our business plan and forecasts by setting strategic acquisition prices for engines, modules, and parts.
- Take ownership of profitability by setting acquisition and sales pricing that maximizes value while meeting customer needs.
- Oversee the evaluation, disassembly, and repair processes for acquired engines, ensuring materials are optimized for resale.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless operations and mutual success.
- Work closely with sales, acquisition, technical, and operations teams, providing commercial and technical support that drives the success of the entire organization.
- Manage consignment contracts and programs with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
- Set competitive sales prices for parts and modules, balancing market demand with profitability goals.
Requirements:
- Understanding and Knowledge of CFM56 and Leap Engines
- Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and influence others across the organization.
- High level of personal integrity, setting the standard for ethical business practices.
- Deep understanding of customer needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and value.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and excellence in all aspects of the role.
