Sr. Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled and driven Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that fuel business growth. You will have the opportunity to grow into an Enterprise Architect.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and craft effective Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ to enhance the lead-to-quote process.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as NetSuite (ERP) and HubSpot (Marketing Automation), with the potential use of MuleSoft for complex integrations.
- Lead a team of developers, offering technical guidance and mentorship.
- Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure the solutions meet quality and functionality standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred).
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce integration with external systems (ERP, Marketing Automation) is a plus, with MuleSoft knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for creating high-quality, user-centric applications.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with NetSuite and HubSpot integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Additional Salesforce certifications beyond CPQ Specialist.
