Our Client is currently seeking a Business Analyst for their IT Infrastructure team
This position will start as 5 days a week onsite in Naperville, IL during training, and will move to a 3 day a week hybrid.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Azure DevOps, strong capabilities in requirements gathering and analysis, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an infrastructure or IT environment.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps, Power BI, SNOW, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to apply them in project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
