The Role
As a General Manager overseeing two luxury resorts, you will be responsible for ensuring that both properties deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing daily operations, staff performance, and service quality. You will also develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain the high standards of luxury and service the resorts are known for.
What they are looking for:
- Extensive experience in senior management within the luxury hotel or resort industry, with success in managing multiple properties
- Caribbean experience a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a large team, fostering a culture of excellence
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans focused on enhancing guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and efficiency
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize profitability across both resorts
