Role Overview:
This role involves guiding cross-functional teams through the transition from a legacy system to a new proprietary claims platform. The RCM Project Manager will be the primary contact for all migration-related activities, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and successful project execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all migration projects and support project management activities throughout the migration process.
- Develop and present detailed migration project plans to align internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage client outreach, lead migration kick-off meetings, and oversee all communications during the migration process.
- Serve as the primary contact during payer enrollment processes, acting as a liaison between clients and clearinghouses to address any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct migration activities and manage training needs, including scheduling and reporting on client training.
- Adhere to established procedures and guidelines to ensure the successful migration of Revenue Cycle Management solutions from legacy systems to new platforms.
- Coordinate, communicate, and accurately report all migration-related activities, while managing multiple projects and mitigating risks to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate a smooth transition of responsibilities to support teams for ongoing post-migration support.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in product implementation or project management.
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare, specifically in EMS Revenue Cycle Management or Payer Claims Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships in a service-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
