Integro has an opening for a product owner that wants to be part of a high performing team and own the UI / UX of an up and coming SaaS platform. Need to be passionate about problem solving and ready to jump into a team that is working hard and iterating quickly. We’ve launched, have a small paying user base, and are on our way to scaling. We’re building business software from the ground up that facilitates all aspects of business management and operations, replacing what would usually be six or more separate software platforms with one. Personal ownership of responsibilities is important. Flexible hybrid work environment.

Skill Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment
- A solid understanding of Scrum software development methodologies
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and design frameworks
- Understand project risks and deadlines
- The ability to plan and communicate scope of work to internal stakeholders and the development team
- Able to hold your own in a nerf gun battle!

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Director to come up with high level requirements
- Stay connected to users, help ensure ongoing product market fit
- Design developmentally-efficient visual prototypes.
- Team up with the the Dev Lead to construct and manage development tickets
- Clarify existing scope of work and communicate changing scope with the dev team through the development process
- Engage in user-testing of developed features pre and post deployment.
- Hybrid work model, as little as 5½ hours in office, 3 days a week
- In short, your scope of responsibility is to own this platform from high level design collaboration with the Product Director all the way to delivering features working in the clients hands
