Project Manager Responsibilities:
- As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the complete execution of Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil projects both public and private.
- You will manage a team of Project Manager’s, Project Engineer’s and associated field management as well as subcontractors and the owner/representatives.
- The Construction Project Manager position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to: Pre-construction, project set-up, cost control, scheduling, full P&L responsibility, risk analysis, safety and complete project oversight.
Background Profile
- 3+ years experience in a self perform civil construction environment
- BS degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in managing projects from cradle to grave
- Experience in managing large ($10-500M) heavy highway, mass excavation, underground utilities, paving and concrete structures projects
- Exposure to DOT construction management is a plus!
- Project Engineers with 3+ years experience welocome to apply
