Top Skills:
- 7+ years of overall experience in Product Support, Business Analysis, Technical Analysis or a combination.
- 3+ years of LoanIQ technical experience required.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of programming methodology is a plus
- Application support experience preferred.
Job Description
Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders regarding the Loan IQ platform.
Troubleshoot complex LoanIQ system issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and maintenance procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Proven experience with LoanIQ, including technical understanding of its deployment and configuration.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
