Functional Information Services consultant who responsible for the systems of our leasing business. This position will work closely with the business development manager to determine the leasing system needs and will lead system evaluations, implementations of new systems, system enhancements and upgrades.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the IS lead in the implementation of a new lease accounting systems, from initial planning to go-live.
- Coordinate with Altec and vendor project management to manage project timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Conduct regular status meetings with the business and internal teams to track progress and address any issues or risks.
- Responsible for configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and managing the existing and future lease accounting software.
- Providing support for all leasing software and ancillary systems, and any related integrations used by Altec Capital.
- Responsible for Altec Capital data warehouse and data products related to the lease accounting system.
- Prioritize and manage future implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and functional testing for Altec Capital
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and support, to communicate Altec Capital projects as well as informing Altec Capital of other IS initiatives.
- Collaborate with the business to understand their needs, gather, and document requirements, participate in software evaluations, and provide system recommendations.
- Assist Altec Capital in building and maintaining a technology roadmap.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with two years of relevant work experience strongly preferred, but consideration may be given to an exceptional candidate with six years relevant work experience
- At least two years of relevant work experience required
OTHER PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Leasing systems experience
- Agile work experience
- SQL skills preferred
The job level may be modified upward based on the qualifications of the candidate
