Here’s what you’ll be doing:
The role is focused on managing the Positive Hold and Release (PH&R) processes to ensure the quality and safety of finished products before they are released to the market.
- Review and reconcile microbiological and chemical analyses, oversee the hold and release of products, and ensure compliance with company standards and standard operating procedures.
- Managing daily product holds, coordinating with external warehouses, supporting site audit programs, and maintaining traceability of products.
Here’s what you’ll have:
- Scientific degree, such as biology, chemistry, food science
- Experience in quality and food safety field in a food manufacturing environment
