What You Need:
- Associate degree in engineering, science, computer engineering, or similar field.
- 3-5 years of technical experience in handling customer issues related to system errors and data integration.
- Knowledge of XML, EDI preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and system integration.
- Experience in a production environment, with pharmaceutical experience being a plus.
- Familiarity with serialization (GTIN, NDC, SSCC, etc.).

What Your Role Will Look Like:
- The ITS Technical Analyst (DSCSA) is responsible for supporting PAI’s efforts in setting up and maintaining systems for compliance with DSCSA. The Analyst’s main activities involve assisting in onboarding business partners on PAI’s EPCIS systems and ensuring that data transfer between customer and PAI systems work properly.Assist in onboarding business partners (customers and CMOs) onto PAI’s EPCIS systems.
- Ensure data transfer between customer/CMO and PAI systems is accurate and efficient.
- Troubleshoot errors related to data transmission and maintain high data quality in the EPCIS system.
- Monitor and address post-go live issues, maintaining Track and Trace information with current Master Data for new products and partners.
- Respond to customer VRS requests and handle most issues via email.
- Maintain ongoing spreadsheets and trackers detailing onboarding activities and issues.
- Write and maintain Work Instructions and SOPs related to EPCIS systems and DSCSA activities.
- Perform administrative functions for system problem-solving, support, and improvements.
