Starting in an entry level operations role you’ll learn our sophisticated global logistics operations from the ground up. No part of the operations will be below or above you, it’s all about understanding the big picture. During your time in the Future Leaders Program you will need to spend time in operations and then an outside sales role so that you can understand our core business and progress into leadership positions.
You would be start off in an entry level pricing role with our National Support Team. The responsibilities of the position include managing ocean contracts and rates in an internal database for use by our national and international network of branch offices and partners. Responsibilities also include managing announcements and service changes as distributed by the various ocean carriers, as well as communicating billing discrepancies to the carriers directly.
