- What will your day look like? As a Testing Lead, you will:Participate in cross functional collaboration to refine software requirements, with a clear focus on outcomes and intent, and prepare, plan, and define implementation of test automation.
- Review and create automated scripts. Define variations in data and comprehensive scenarios to adequately perform testing.
- Implement test automation of acceptance scenarios by actively collaborating to yield solutions to new challenges, as well as taking lead from the core automation team in both strategy and technology.
- Coach and guide team members on how to implement testing processes. Advocate for and support established testing procedures and provide input on how to establish those procedures.
- You will be a good fit as a Testing Lead if you have:10 plus years of experience in the software testing space
- Experience leading client relations and project teams
- Experience planning and defining QE strategies
- Experience working with microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, specifically Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with stubs and mocks, either custom built or made with tools like Wiremock
- Experience setting up testing environments and writing and executing test plans
- Experience with continuous integrations, test automation using Portman, build pipelines, and automated test reporting
- Experience with Gherkin feature file creation and BDD
- Client Management skills are a must
