Responsibilities
- Analyze transactional sales and market data to identify key insights and trends such as
market size and growth potential.
- Assesses and explores data from varieties of data sources and prepares data for further data usage (process, clean and verify data integrity). Identify valuable data sources and automate data collection and processing.
- Create and build advanced analysis of the real-estate market, transactional sales data
- including segmentation and predictions through statistical tools.
- Create, calibrate and monitor key predictive models to explain trends in the real estate portfolio.
- Develop insightful and user-friendly data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using
- Tableau or Power BI tools to communicate key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales team and other corporate leaders to understand their needs and create strategic action plans to address market opportunities.
- Prepare and present fact-based reports, dashboards, and recommendations from analytics projects, ensuring effective data architecture and warehousing for optimal data use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, mathematics, engineering, or other discipline; master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or similar function, working in a high volume, fast-paced environment; preferably in real estate financial or insurance industries.
- Proficiency in analytics and predictive tools such as R, Python, SQL, open source statistical and data warehousing tools, Data governance concepts
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Proficient in AI tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility in managing multiple projects, and a commitment to high standards of customer service.
