Radiant Logic Implementation Consultant
Onsite in Detroit or Charlotte - Hybrid model
The ideal candidate will be based in Detroit or Charlotte and have a deep understanding of RadiantLogic's Virtual Directory Server (VDS) and Identity Management solutions, as well as extensive experience with directory services, including LDAP. This role is crucial in supporting our Customer Identity and Access Management data layer. Strong expertise in directory services, including LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity management protocols.
Hands-on experience with identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
Solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices.
Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (e.g., RadiantLogic Certified Professional) are a plus.
Mandatory skills : Customer Identity Access management (CIAM), Data layer Engineer: ** Must have experience with Radiant Logic – either implementation or support; **Experience scripting – any; **Experience with DevOps – Terraform, CI/CD; **Must have excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, Team player, self-starter who will take initiative, able to lead, mentor and coach junior team members and driven to take ownership and initiative.
