Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at A.H. Cornell & Son INC. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and construction management. We would like the candidate to be able to help the estimating team as well by performing take offs, sending plans out for material pricing and subcontractor bids.
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination, construction project management, and construction management
- Agtek Earthwork Takeoff Experience
- Strong budgeting and project management skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Ability to run a project start to finish on there own, manage site crews and track production/materials on the project
