Job Title: Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and delivering high-profile civil construction projects on time and within budget. You’ll be at the forefront of leading project teams, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulatory requirements are strictly adhered to.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry, specifically in water/wastewater, transportation, or earth-moving projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
