Overview:
We are looking for a hands on Sales Manager who ideally has a good understanding of the power and data center market to help drive growth across the current team. The company is HQ'ed in Orlando, FL but we are open to the role being remote with some travel to client sites.

Their services include predictive maintenance, analytics, and data integration to improve efficiency and performance for their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Navigate the entire sales process from initial engagement to closing.
- Use technical engineering and testing knowledge to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions that align with their needs.
- Manage accounts to grow your current network and maintain relationships with key industry players.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and addressing market challenges.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience within sales within the Datacenter market. Ideally we are looking for some with a deep understanding of data center technologies, including power systems, cooling solutions, infrastructure management, and virtualization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications or background in data center technologies are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support project deployments.
As well as a base salary this role has a generous sales commission structure!
