Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to help enhance their web applications and mobile platforms. You'll be at the forefront of modernizing thier digital presence, ensuring the systems are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build high-quality, scalable, and predictable web applications on the Microsoft technology stack and maintain both internal and external-facing web applications.
- Evaluate new code for reliable architecture, stability, reusability, performance, automation, security, and metrics.
- Serve as an authoritative source for relevant Microsoft platforms, with familiarity in open-source frameworks and technologies being a plus.
- Lead project work by planning, allocating, motivating, and managing IT staff and resources for projects with a limited scope.
- Assist in the development of IT staff technical expertise by preparing and conducting formal classes and providing technical assistance on complex system problems.
- Contribute to the improvement of departmental and operational efficiencies by participating in the development of standards and procedures, and by initiating and promoting new concepts and ideas.
- Create and direct software system testing procedures, documentation, and programming to ensure all software is properly developed and regularly tested for quality assurance.
Qualifications/Requirements:
7+ years of programming experience with demonstrated proficiency in C#/.NET framework, .NET MAUI, and MS SQL Server for developing and supporting web and network-hosted enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to evaluate and refactor code for reliable architecture, stability, reusability, performance, automation, security, and metrics.
- Strong design capabilities and experience with UI development.
- Mobile development experience with tools like Xamarin or Flutter; a desire to learn Blazor Mobile is a nice-to-have.
- Experience with Agile-Scrum and other development SDLC tools/processes/methodologies.
