Job Summary:
The Cloud Endpoint Engineer manages and deploys cloud-based endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune. This role involves configuring Intune Autopilot, deploying software packages, and ensuring secure and efficient endpoint management.
Key Responsibilities:
-Configure and manage Intune Autopilot for device provisioning and deployment.
-Develop and deploy software packages using Intune.
-Configure and maintain Endpoint Manager settings and policies.
-Monitor and manage endpoint security, compliance, and performance.
-Provide support for endpoint-related issues and troubleshoot problems.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, quality, manufacturing, and within IT, to ensure that our Engineering solutions effectively support our product development and lifecycle management needs.
-Apply technical and managerial skills to manage an area of responsibility, while managing the budget and cost-effectiveness.
-Establish and maintain positive global business relationships throughout the business community.
Qualifications and Education:
-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are beneficial.
-Experience with Intune Autopilot configuration and management.
-Proficiency in Intune package deployment and Endpoint Manager.
-Strong understanding of endpoint security and compliance.
-Excellent problem-solving and technical support skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
