As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you'll be a driving force behind the success of our client Revenue Operations team, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of the client’s CRM and its critical integrations. You'll be at the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation and technical excellence are paramount.
Your Impact:
Architect for Growth: You'll design, configure, and optimize our Salesforce org and integrated applications, ensuring they seamlessly support the evolving needs of our business teams.
Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on strategic priorities, define requirements, and implement innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement.
Project Leader: Lead the technical delivery of major Salesforce implementations and integrations with other business systems, leveraging your expertise to solve complex challenges and deliver impactful results.
Technical Expertise:
- Salesforce Architect: Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practices. A deep understanding of declarative and advanced configuration tools (including Process Builder, Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components) is essential.
- Solution Delivery: Design and Implementation: Leads the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. This includes managing projects, configuring the platform, and building custom solutions.
- Integration & Automation: Seamless Connections: Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms using middleware or REST APIs, and a knack for building efficient automation through flows, validation rules, and other tools.
- System Optimization: Performance and Scalability: Strives for continuous improvement, enhancing data quality, performance, usability, scalability, and maintainability of the Salesforce environment.
- DevOps Excellence: Standardization & Management: Defines, owns, and manages Salesforce DevOps standards, tools, and practices to ensure efficient development and deployment.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Problem Solver: Identifies and resolves system issues, provides user training and support, and effectively escalates issues as needed.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Salesforce Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in Salesforce administration and technical architecture in a production environment.
- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including declarative and advanced configuration tools, integration methods, custom development (e.g., Apex, VisualForce), and data migration.
- Project Management: Experience leading and managing Salesforce projects, including Agile methodologies.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Problem Solving: Analytical skills and a tenacious approach to problem-solving.
Additional Desirable Skills:
- Experience with the client’s proprietary platforms is a plus.
- Experience with data migration tools is advantageous.
- Ability to guide discovery conversations to gather complex requirements and translate them into solutions.
