Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-years of experience in business process automation
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing comprehensive technical process automation solutions.
- Proficiency in using business process automation tools, specifically the UiPath automation platform
- Strong understanding of software security principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations and their implementation in software systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a broad audience and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality business processes/workflow automations for our internal customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver these scalable and robust automations and contribute to the overall technical automation strategy of the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows using the UiPath platform.
Responsibilities:
Automation Design and Implementation
- Design and implement automated workflows using the UiPath platform to streamline business processes across various internal departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows that meet business needs.
- Maintain, review, upgrade, and update deployed automation workflows as business needs change.
Process Optimization
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for automation.
- Continuously optimize automated workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities across business processes.
Technical Support, Monitoring, and Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated workflows on the UiPath platform.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure they can effectively use automated processes.
- Maintain documentation for all automated processes and workflows.
- Actively monitor automated processes to:
- Identify potential issues that need correction before they become a blocker.
- Find performance-enhanced opportunities within workflows.
- Optimize to reduce automation consumption and reduce costs.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in business process automation and the UiPath platform.
