Our client have an exceptional offering in the market, producing a product for a progressive disease. Your input is vital.
As the ‘go to’ Quality/Senior Quality Engineer, you will be the point-person for 2-3 projects in the company – you will own this!
You will be working with a couple of Quality Managers that will support you, contributing to new product developments and their associated projects.
Improving the product quality is important too; investigation into root causes and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
You will also be maintaining procedures, policies and systems for the final inspection of components and finished goods.
Also work on the complaint handling process and work with other functions in the company to determine and implement corrective actions.
As we know, a quality management system is important for any device company, so you will be assisting and maintaining this too!
As for every quality engineer, you have to enjoy and be experienced in internal and external audits!

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Undergraduate college degree with engineering preferred
2-5 years of work experience (5+ years for Senior Quality Engineer).
Experienced within Cardiovascular Medical Device environments (i.e. ISO 13485)
Class 3 device experience will be a strong plus.
Experienced in the process control requirements for US and international product distribution.
Skilled in QMS/eQMS and Mircosoft office.
