Position Description:

Must-haves for Lab Technician Engineer
• Foundational understanding of macOS including use of sudo and network configurations
• Ability to triage issues and comfortably escalate them to others to drive results
• Experience with Quality Assurance testing, software development life cycle, and/or testing methodologies
• Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Self-learner; independent and technically curious
• Prior test experience with Apple minimum of 1 year
Preferred for Lab Technician Engineer
• Proficiency with Python is preferred
• Experience with Git and codebase management
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
Timezone
• Cupertino location and expected to work in office and lab - 5 days a week
Success Criteria/Definition of Done
• All lab management tasks are performed in a timely manner.
• All communication with cross-functional teams is clear, effective and timely
• All defect reports are written clearly with all applicable logs, timestamps, screenshots, etc. as required.
• All validation requests in the queue are performed in a timely manner.
