Salary: $125-150k/yr
You will be responsible for researching, architecting, designing, and developing new Workday integrations, as well as supporting and improving over 100 existing critical integrations. As a member of the Workday Integrations team, you will collaborate with Human Resources, Accounting, Benefits, Procurement, Payroll, and Banking/AP teams to manage and support almost all aspects of Fitness International’s business. Additionally, you will interact with and direct external vendors and suppliers from banking, procurement, and benefits sectors, as well as third-party consultants.
We are looking for self-starters who can work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams including business analysts, developers, IT administrators, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements, build solutions, oversee quality assurance testing, adhere to release management best practices, troubleshoot and document findings.
More About the Role:
· Manage all aspects of integrations within the architecture of the Workday HCM and Financials modules.
· Design and develop a range of Workday integrations, from complex Studio projects to straightforward but sturdy EIBs, while supervising testing and ensuring error-free production deployments.
· Provide daily support for inbound and outbound integration issues, monitoring logs and notifications, diagnosing problems quickly, and providing fast but robust solutions.
· Perform routine break/fix support and regression testing, ensuring seamless operation of inbound and outbound interfaces to Workday and vendor systems. This includes managing multiple transport methods and employing various file and data encryption techniques.
· Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation, and problem resolution.
· Ensure integrations work as designed based on functional and technical requirements, identify non-compliant issues and quickly provide redesign solutions.
· Consult with business and technical teams about interface design and maintenance; collaborate on design decisions.
· Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.
· Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 5+ years of related work experience.
· Extensive experience with Workday Studio integration design, troubleshooting, and implementation.
· Experience with all other Workday integration types and implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Data Transformations, Boomerang).
· Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards) using the latest toolsets (e.g., Postman, SoapUI); strong understanding of Workday Public Web Services documentation and design framework.
· Proficiency in analyzing and constructing custom reports tailored to specific business requirements, including filters, prompts, and multiple business objects. Experience with error-free and efficient RaaS-enabled reports is a must.
· Strong understanding of calculated fields with the ability to build, troubleshoot, and explain complex nested calculated fields, applying them to custom reports and integration field overrides.
· Strong technical experience with XML, XSLT and debugging transformations using the latest toolsets (e.g., Oxygen).
· Some experience with Workday BIRT and designing business document layouts for checks, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
· Extensive knowledge of Workday core HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes and supporting core connectors.
· High proficiency in Workday core Financials business processes, including banking, procurement, punchouts, cXML, and the full suite of requisition/purchase order/invoicing processes and supporting core connectors.
· Experience working in an Agile work management environment, including user story/bug/task management, participating in daily standups, and timely reporting of roadblocks and ongoing activities.
· Self-starter able to proactively handle issues and anticipate effective and rapid solutions with little direction.
· Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and leadership.
· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Preferred Additional Experience:
· Experience in .Net technologies, primarily C#, ADO.Net, WebAPI, WCF.
· Comfortable with Visual Studio development environment using Git repositories and pipelines.
· Experience with writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions with good knowledge of database architecture, tables, and views using the latest database tools (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio).
· Experience in project management, business analysis, gathering and documenting requirements, supervising UAT, and obtaining sign-off for production deployment.
