They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director - MEP Engineering to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and directing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components of multiple projects, ensuring successful execution, stringent quality standards, and adherence to project schedules.

Focus:
- Lead and oversee MEP engineering efforts across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Serve as a primary liaison between clients and the firm, managing client relationships and resolving project-related issues.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff, providing training and support to enhance their technical capabilities and performance.
- Review and approve MEP design proposals, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate with other disciplines, sub-consultants, and subcontractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects within budget.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Drive business development efforts by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Skill Set:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required; ability to obtain relevant state licenses.
- Extensive experience in MEP design and management, with a strong understanding of the design process from proposal through construction phases.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and familiarity with other engineering and design software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
