Zoom Technology Arizona is a closed-access fiber network provider. We deploy Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network infrastructure nationwide in specific neighborhoods and Fiber-to-the-Business (FTTB). We construct, operate, and maintain the fiber network infrastructure. Our goal is to expand the business across the U.S., providing high-speed internet access and facilitating the digital transformation of underserved communities.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operation and support for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, including servers, networks, and other infrastructure.
- Technical Support: Provide support for IT equipment and systems, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network operations.
- User Management: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT systems from cyber threats.
- Upgrades and Installations: Install and configure new hardware and software and perform system upgrades as needed.
- Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and security to ensure optimal operation.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaboration: Work with other IT team members to ensure network interoperability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in network management, troubleshooting, and IT systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar are preferred.
